AZ Training's main focus, is to provide the greater community a sporting program to promote personal growth in the individual, and to help them to achieve a healthy and balanced lifestlye through volleyball.

 

AZ Training is a Holistic Beach Volleyball Coach driven program that encourages athletes to think, take risks, make decisions and work as a team.

Full Membership: $700  

Casual: $35 per session

Base Level Casual $25

Semaphore Sunday Session -  $25 per session

Base Level Squad

 

  • Basic Coordination Exercises

  • Intro to Strength and Conditioning (S&C)

  • Basic Skill Technique & Modified Games

  • Basic Recovery techniques + Performance Analysis

  • 1 Squad limited to 12 Athletes (men& women combined)

  • Tournament play 

  • 22 Sessions Saturday mornings 10:30 – 11:15am

  • $600 full membership / $25 casual*

 

Next Level Squad

 

  • Coordination Skills

  • Strength & Conditioning, Performance Analysis & Water Recovery

  • Skill Technique, Modified Games, Basic Systems in Global Play situations

  • 2 Squads - Men & Women

  • Limited to 12 Athletes each squad

  • Saturday mornings alternating time slots with Tour Level Squad every week

  • 22 Sand Sessions – 7:30 – 9:00am & 9:00 – 10:30am

  • $700 full membership / $35 casual*

 

 

Tour Level Squad

 

  • Strength & Conditioning, Performance Analysis & Water recovery

  • Refining Skill Technique, Advanced game systems, Routines & Game Play situations

  • 2 Squads - Men & Women 

  • Limited to 5 Teams - 10 Athletes

  • Saturday mornings alternating time slots with Tour Level Squad every week

  • 22 Sand Sessions – 7:30 – 9:00am & 9:00 – 10:30am

  • $700 full membership / $35 casual*

 

 

Sunday Semaphore Sessions

 

  • Technique work 30mins – Kings/Queen Game Play 90mins

  • Sunday mornings 8:00 – 10:00am

  • 2 Courts - Men and Women combined

  • Limited to 20 people

  • $25 per session

 

* Casual sessions are subject to availability. If squads are full you will be placed on the reserve list.
