Coordination Skills Strength & Conditioning, Performance Analysis & Water Recovery Skill Technique, Modified Games, Basic Systems in Global Play situations 2 Squads - Men & Women Limited to 12 Athletes each squad Saturday mornings alternating time slots with Tour Level Squad every week 22 Sand Sessions – 7am – 9am & 8:30 – 10:30am $700 full membership / $35 casual*​
