Strength & Conditioning, Performance Analysis & Water recovery Refining Skill Technique, Advanced game systems, Routines & Game Play situations 2 Squads - Men & Women Limited to 5 Teams - 10 Athletes Saturday mornings alternating time slots with Tour Level Squad every week 22 Sand Sessions – 7am– 9am & 8:30 – 10:30am $700 full membership / $35 casual*
